The Mumbai Indians however did not rely on one or two performers. The top order performed considerably well. The middle and lower order failed, and the utter confusion that was seen after Tendulkar’s dismissal could have been avoided had they kept their calm. The middle order however was lost in mayhem; one could see mismatched and uncalled for running between the wickets. All this caused a great confusion and this led to three run outs in the final over. Sreesanth and Yuvraj got 2 wickets each and the team of the Mumbai Indians lost the match by just 1 run. Marsh was the man of the match for the day.
