In some time from now, all eyes that are interested either in money or in cricket will be set on the great event which is the Champions League Twenty20. with a large sum of money of US$3,000,000 attached to the winning trophy, all teams will battle it out and get money and a reputation of the best World Champion Club when it comes to cricket.

Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai will be the spots for the event and there will be eight sides battling for the title. From the Indian Premier League, the winning team of Rajasthan Royals and the runner up team of Chennai Super Kings will be part of the tournament. The Middlesex Crusaders who won the English T20 Cup will also join in the big clash with seven other superb teams. Victorian Bushrangers from Australia, Pretoria Titans and Natal Dolphins from South Africa and Sialkot Stallions who are currently the winners of RBS Twenty2 Cup are all a part of the show which will begin very soon.

Since the Indian audience would have its own teams as the favourites, it is now to see Chennai Super Kings under MS Dhoni’s leadership and the Rajasthan Royals under Shane Warne which will be the centre of all attraction. These teams have international attractions like Muttiah Muralitharan and Graeme Smith as well. Each of these teams has an advantage over the other. Rajasthan Royals have their last-ball win title with them whereas the Chennai Super Kings have the support being the home team. Fighting against the Middlesex team and the Titans would be easier for them with this support.

Maximum eyes will be on the fixture between Bushrangers and Victoria in Mumbai on December 4th since the former will be expected to clear out their way easily, thanks to their clean record and impeccable statistics.  Just one defeat in the last three years of Australia’s domestic cricket has made it a very good achievement for the team.

The Warriors too have a very strong batting line-up which makes it all the more advantageous over teams like Sialkot Stallions and also Natal Dolphins.  The closing game of the group too looks like a thriller between Rajasthan Royals and the Western Australia team. With the experience of Shane Warne, it is unpredictable as to what is going to happen in the series. With his unfaltering spirit and unmatchable captaincy, he is sure to make things exciting.
